The kids enjoyed the Pig Trough and the food was good. The server was very nice!!
What a great place reminiscent of my childhood. (Farrell's in Philadelphia). Loved the service, the food and the atmosphere. Our kids loved it too, and great kids menu pricing!
We were visiting Buena Park over the weekend and noticed Farrell’s which we hadn’t seen in 40 years . Upon arriving we were told it’s would be 3 hour wait unless we had reservations. We sat at the counter and it just seemed like total confusion very disorganized. Food was par Ice Cream was okay.
Loved the new menu, renovated restaurant with all of the upgrades. It reminds me of the old Farrells when I was a kid. Great service, food and all around great experience!

The Farrell's in Buena Park is a remodel from the original format that is good but clearly is missing a lot of the traditional "fun" at the other Farrell's. You can see the tweaks someone placed trying to cut corners (menus, no ice cream glass just tin, topping cart, dramatically toned down celebrations) but expanded the candy store . The problem with cutting back on the fun celebrations is that is the real reason people come here in the first place. It is still close but I hope they don't ruin the one in Brea.
