The waitress barely checked in with our table. We had to sit there with hands raised until someone from the kitchen came over to figure out what was going on. How was everyone in a room with surveillance screens and not one person came out to see what was going on?!?!? There was not one single staff member in the bar. Not. A. Single. One.
We always have a great time there. Service is great.
Attention to detail is non existent. Ordered a special due to food allergy and made it known why and what is on top? And that is the second time this Farrelli's location has done this, so no more
