My husband went to Dr. Farrell for several years. My husband had complained of frequent urination and Dr. Farrell blamed this on diabetes and didn't want to do a PSA as he felt they sometimes came back with a false positive. Finally I had my husband change drs. and had a PSA done. The number was extremely high and after seeing a specialist, my husband was diagnosed with cancer of the prostate. I believe if Dr. Farrell had done this test earlier we would have not let this go so long and have a better chance of recovery.

The check in staff was discourteous and cold. Mechanic. I have waited in the past for 30 minutes plus when I had afternoon appointments - and chalked it up to getting behind schedule. Today I had a 9:30 appointment and watched not one patient in the waiting room go in, actually one came out and waited over 15 minutes for some paperwork. I would like for once a survey to reflect the option to enter in your opinion rather than multiple choice that still doesn't provide the correct answer so you have to select skip.
