Remember employees of Farrell Family Bread, that the customer is ALWAYS right!!! Also you need to give money back to the customers who complain!!! That is just GREAT business, and if you don't you risk losing customers, no matter the problem, because the Customer is ALWAYS right!!! Yes, this did happen to a friend of mine, that went into your store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She called you. YOU did nothing to help her!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We live very close to Farrell Family Bread. Am thrilled they use local farmer for their wheat, now non GMO certified organic. The gentleman we buy our fruit bread is amused we want our whole loves split for toasting (so it will fit in our toaster). Thanks to Farrell Family Bread, who started out with one guy, I believe. It's still a small place in the front, but that's not important.
This is the best place to buy your bread!!! The customer service is amazing!!!
I love the sourdough! That's all I buy & all I allow my 8 yo to eat. We frigerate what we'll use quickly & freeze the rest. It freezes really well (tip: need bread in a flash that's been frozen- leave on the counter for a while). I just made 'French Toast Bake' from Pinterest using the 3 Fruit Levain with Nut. Yum!Yum!
Farrell Family Bread is a favorite at Augustine Christian Academy where I am blessed to be on staff. They are wonderful to work with and provide exceptional service and care for their craft. We want to thank them for being an amazing sponsor for our Trivia Night and Auction event last evening. Their brownies were a HUGE hit!
