Although some wait time due to a surgery delay I'm assuming, he was very friendly and concise with information. Finally a doctor that offered to help me in the long term.
Dr Ferrell is the best best best neurosurgeon out there! Saved my husbands life after 13 hours of surgery! Amazing!
If I could leave a 0 I would. I would not recommend ANYBODY going here. I recently had to have cranial surgery to his past summer & although the doctors wasn’t bad his office team is HORRIBLE. This has honestly been the worst medical experience. They have terrible time management with your paperwork & they don’t fill out forms correctly. It them over 2 months just for them to fill my FMLA paperwork to get paid from my job. That mean I was backed up bills that they didn’t care about cuz I mean it ain’t they problem. If you have Chiari, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. His team ended up losing my MRI disc before my appointment and he wanted to cancel the appointment while I was sitting in the office. Then after having no imaging or anything to go off of, told me I don’t have Chiari, I just have “angry muscles”. He’s about 10 years behind on Chiari research and tried to tell me that the Chiari surgery is the most straightforward and “easy” surgery he does.
