As someone in the health field, I know how challenging it is to find a trustworthy provider. I consulted Dr. Farr for a second opinion on an old injury, and he was very professional. He clearly explained my injury and recovery process, taking the time to answer all my questions and ease my concerns.
I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE. I had a similar experience to all of the other reviews about the busy / rude atmosphere regarding the front office staff (literally made snarky remarks about a patient after getting off the phone with them, and mentioned the patients name out loud while stating they wasted their time by providing details too slow). My frozen shoulder has not been cured/improved after a year. The doctor is out-of-network and did not inform me, ending up sending two hefty bills and even a 3rd bill after 18 months of service. The experience is just horrible!
My frozen shoulder has not yet been cured or improved, and I had to pay two hefty bills hence the doctor is out-of-network. More than a year after their service, I still receive the 3rd bill. If you don't want to pay bills after bills from this doctor then avoid him.
I’d like to give negative star if I can. The receptionist was rude. I was going to make an appointment but changed my mind because he was so rude.
