Office staff is rude and can never get things correct. Then they blame you for the mix up. So very unprofessional!!!
The only reason this office is getting a single star was because there was no option for zero stars. I’ve worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years and this was the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. I thought I was walking into a clinic instead of a private practice, they were patient waiting in the hallway, they are triple and quadruple booking the doctor at the same time slot, and when you arrive plan on waiting two hours to be seen by the doctor-I imagine on a good day. . Dr Farr is a five star surgeon. If I could give him more stars I would. I recognize excellence when I see it. And his work comes with experience and excellence. He may not be known for his bedside manner, but please don't pay attention to that. Keep the main thing, the main thing. You need an excellent surgeon and an excellent surgery. Wait over an hour with appointment. Dr Farr came in I want to tell him my symptoms. He said why you have to tell me? Your insurance doesn't take Care of you, and said injection, didn't bother to sit down & explain the procedure, benefits or sign effects. So what's the meaning of consultant.
Hello, doctors Morteza Farr very nice and polite person but unfortunately, her assistant Amy is very very rude she don’t let you talk and she want to put her job on the patient shoulder and instead listening to the patient.
