I switched to this medical group in 2025. I am thoroughly happy with the service from PA Pamela. She has had me do more blood work than my last doctor including the ANA tests for Lupus which my former doctor never did even when I told him I had Lupus. She did a wellness physical also. The office is clean, large, and staffed properly. Excellent office. Andrew Farr MD. Is very attentive, timely, and really spends time with the patient. He is very thorough.
I like Joy Tsai. She is very friendly, respectful and answers my questions and helps me a lot about my health and looks like my family has seen her. She is awesome.
i can't get a real person on the phone. the robot has no idea what i am actually looking for.
Hasn't been the same since Suzie left. On my must recent visit I wasn't treated well at all. The nurse practioner(Joy) made me feel not welcome and my concerns were not made to feel valid. She made me feel like an annoyance and a waste of her time. All she cared about was comparing me to guidelines. Looking into another medical practice or just using urgent care for future needs.
