It's one of the worst experiences in my life. I would never recommend anyone to deal with them. They don't care about their clients at all. I informed them before the rent payment was due that there was an issue with their website not accepting my card, but they did not cooperate with me and charged me late fees even though I asked for help and they didn't assist me. I would never recommend anyone to deal with them; it's like a trap. As soon as you start living with them, they will add extra charges every month for things you don't want, and they force this upon you under the pretext of the contract you signed. It supposedly gives them the authority to add more fees without your consent, and you will be obligated to pay for them.
