Would highly recommend any other property management. FAROS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT doesn’t care about their clients or they’re needs I am 21 weeks pregnant and they put me and my boyfriend in a house with black mold in the basement, bathroom, THAT BABY’S ROOM and even in the windows. They failed to bomb the house before we moved out stuff in for pesticides and three days after we moved in we saw roaches and we most definitely did not bring them there. It's one of the worst experiences in my life. I would never recommend anyone to deal with them. They don't care about their clients at all. I informed them before the rent payment was due that there was an issue with their website not accepting my card, but they did not cooperate with me and charged me late fees even though I asked for help and they didn't assist me.
