called them & left a message. They texted back right away. We were able to rent a unit that day (had one available) with zero issues. Very professional & prompt on the return messages.
They helped me extremely last minute and they were very understanding. It’s super easy to not only get your key but return it, you don’t need to come between certain hours or anything. So overall good experience!!
This is the second time I have rented a unit here and I will say this is such a nice place to store your stuff. It’s a secured area, the units are a nice price, it’s quiet, it’s clean, the owner is quite friendly, and so many other things. Overall will rent again if I need a unit in the Ames area and will be recommending to anyone else who does!
