Once again I leave the dentist so happy I have FVD. Got a great cleaning from Ashley yesterday, and Emily greeted me with a smile. The doctors and staff are so professional and informative. All around, the office is very pleasant to go to!
We love, love, LOVE Farmington Village Dental. Been going there for a few years now and will continue to do so, even though we now moved to Simsbury. I even switched my boys over from a pediatric dentist to go here with me. FVD goes out of their way to make you feel like family, and their office is unlike any other dental office I've ever seen. Go ahead and give Andrea a call at the reception desk- you won't be sorry!
I haven't been to a dentist in a few years. Andrea was very welcoming when I arrived and showed me around the office. She was also very pleasant to talk to on the phone. Beth was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing and was also very friendly. I'm glad I picked FVD and encourage anyone who may be on the fence about going to the dentist to give them a shot!
I don't know where to start but this office is simply amazing. I've never been to a dental office that the whole staff from the front desk, to the dental assistant and to the Doctors themselves are just amazing, kind, funny and very helpful. They way out of the way to take care of me and my concerns and made me feel at home! I've been to many places before but I found my new spot and plan to never leave again! Keep up the great work guys and can't wait for my next appointment with you guys and talking great care of me!!!!
Exceptional staff, quality of care aND amazing environment
I really love this practice. I've had bad experiences with dentists growing up and when I lived in Vermont so I can be a challenge. I'm always well taken care of. I won't be looking for another dentist for a long long time.
I couldn't imagine going to another dentist. They truly care about their patients.
