My usual doctor was out of the office indefinitely, but I needed to see a doctor pretty soon. So after looking online and finding the phone number, I went to contact them. Since I'm a new patient, my call was forwarded to someone else. But, they didn't answer, so I left a message. After 2 hours, and not long before closing time, I called back. Horrible communication. Extremely un-reliable if you have test ran. I will never go back and I have been going here since I was born! Never Again.
I loved seeing Dr. Schaeffer. I knew with him & Karessa, I and my family were in good hands. Since they left, our experience has been sub-par. In the waiting room over an hour after a scheduled appointment. When you finally do get called back it's even more of a wait. Once we were seen at 10:30 for a 9:00 appointment. Doctors threatening to not let us take our baby home if we breastfed instead of bottlefed. The doctor obviously had zero knowledge on the subject of newborns. My kids doctor is great Dr. Calcote. Been going there for almost 4 years now.
Dr. Payne is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares about you and gives you a diagnosis every time. He has been our family doctor for as long as i can remember.
