I always request Cindy the hygienist for my 6 month appointments. I just love her she's always so friendly, personable and gentle. She rocks!!
The visit was great, everyone was nice. My only complaint is the bill shows no services performed, just a balance due. I would like to see the itemized charges.
Theresa Greiner was wonderful and thorough. Dr. Wilhelms was fabulous; made me realize I was missing quality dental care for years!
The staff and the dentist are both professional and charming. My only concern is that going in for a dental appointment is such a pleasure there is a disincentive to practice good dental hygiene.
Every visit I've had with Dr. Wilhelm has been great. The doc and all of her staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen. More recently, I was very impressed by having my choice of appointment reminder coming via text, email or phone call. During my last visit I was offered headphones to listen to music and a comfy pillow to relax with while my cavity was being filled. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wilhelm!!
