This place is no good. Took them three weeks to finish my pig. They first told me it would only take a week. Meat tasted funny , and was under weight.
My father recently had a pig butchered here. An what he received back is horrible! The Ham Steaks are Dried out an taste weird! The Sausage is barely flavored an 60% fat. I have pics of what I am talking about if anyone would like to see. The pork chops had a odd flavor an only taste better when simmered in the crock pot with cream of mushroom soup half the day!
