This woman is the worst agent ever. Never answers her phone. Zero knowledge of insurance - Pray you never have a claim because she will absolutely not help you in any way.

Awful!!! You go by the office and it's closed all hours of the day. Nobody answers the phone when you call and leave a message you do not get phone calls returned. Have been told that I can not switch agents. Run from this agent. If she can't answer the phone or be in the office so someone can talk to her how is she ever going to help me if I have a claim.
We still do not agree with the fact that One year before Christmas we met with our “agent” and she told us she could not lower our rates anymore, so we started looking into changing agents and at that point she called us and told us she could save 400 dollars and blocked us from changing agents. Up to this point we still giving her our money because we are “ok” with Farmers just not with her. Will try to swap agents again soon. I’ll be posting the update!
