Delivery guys were horrible. Scratched up my new refrigerator and refused to hook up my washer and dryer. Thats why I paid for delivery! They were also rude and just seemed ready to go.Â
Terrible delivery team. They were very unprofessional over the phone first off then when they came to deliver my washing machine and refrigerator they only had a washer said oh we diddnt see that there was a refrigerator on the order and the next day they delivered the refrigerator and damaged the whole front scratches all over both doors terrible!Â
I am upset because I placed two orders in the last month and each time when it came to my delivery date they failed. The first order they took me off of the delivery list and I waited all day for my merchandise up to 7pm and didn’t tell me or call. The second time I waited half the day only to get a call from the store manager that my merchandise was not ordered the day they said they would and they would deliver it the following week.
