Went in tonight for fish and chips (excellent as always), I also tried the mushroom and sage soup. The soup was phenomenal! I will order this every time it is available now. It was a little later on a Sunday night but the service was still amazing, server was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. This is hands down one of my favorite places in springfield, thank you guys for the delicious food and small service touches that mean so much!

We went in Sunday afternoon about 2:00 or so the hostess seated us and we sat there for 12 to 15 minutes, not one of the 3 or 4 waiters stopped to give us water or anything. one of the waitresses literally sat down on the bench next to me to go over the menu with the gentleman next to me. The same hostess that sat us walked by at least five times and a white shirt guy came out of the kitchen several times and never made it past the bar. We finally got up and left without a word.
Amazing food and service. Loved the atmosphere. We don't get out to eat much so we always like to go where we know we'll be satisfied. We took a chance and were incredibly happy we did. New and inventive dishes and we will definitely be back to try more
I had a great meal of real fish and chips with malt vinegar. Peas were delicious, met the owner and had a lovely waitress. The family I was with was of course delightful and the atmosphere was perfect.
