I have been with this company since at least 2011. I've never had any issues. I've had at least two homes insured with them as well as numerous cars throughout the years. I called this week to see about adding a vehicle to my policy and was advised that my car insurance had lapsed due to nonpayment of their $30.00 membership fee.
