Had a very pleasant conversation with Ms. Delaschmitt. She is obviously well versed in Farm Bureau services. Ms. Delaschmitt informed me on how I could incorporate other services into my current situation/life to further protect me from unseen issues. Quite an eye opener. Insurance can be confusing and overwhelming. Casey makes it easy for us. She's always happy to hop on the phone and talk through any updates or adjustments. It's so nice actually knowing your insurance agent vs being a part of a big corporate machine.
