I went to Dan because all the changes in my insurance have been stressful and confusion. My current insurance agent just sends me paperwork and that's it, I don't think I have ever even seen them in person. I went in and talked with Dan and he explained to me all the changes and talked through my risk and the cost benefits and I can tell he really cares. Not only is he caring, but he knows his stuff. Dan is very good and listening to your needs and communicating. Dan and Farm Bureau were quick to take care of my roof after a hail storm. The claim process was quick and painless

Dan came to our rescue with a new policy after Allstate blew up our premiums due to teenage drivers. We were able to get more coverage for less costs! 5 Stars!
Friendly, respectful and very helpful in understanding policy details. Only area of improvement would be being more responsive to email requests.
