I was apprehensive when I first entered the office, a converted house, as it was extremely outdated (old wood paneling, white brick fireplace, art above fireplace plugs in and lights up fiber optic style!). The exam room was no better with Star Trek posters and ceiling tiles on the walls. With that said, I'm glad I stayed despite my urge to walk/run out. The staff was friendly and the doctor proved to be knowledgeable, competent, and professional. His first impulse was not to do surgery, but to explore less evasive options. ... read more
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. First visit was nice second i felt like i couldn't get a word in at all. Seemed the prognosis was made and any questions i had after that wouldn't be concidered. Not an alternative type of guy but all in all he was very nice.
