Went in today and got a great workout with josh. Had a one on one session lol can barely walk now from that leg workout! Just found my new gym!
I love my little bro Josh's gym. He's dedicated motivated and most importantly unselfish with his time and knowledge. My fiancé and I loved the place

Josh is the best in the business. He’s not just a guy who’s going to give you a list of exercises to do. He explains the “why” behind everything he has you do, motivates you, and works with you to get you to whatever goal you may have. He can work with literally anyone from your average guy to NFL players and he’s always looking out for what is best for you and your goals.
Incredible facility. The workout area is very well kept, with great music, and plenty of options for which ever kind of workout your looking to have. FardyFit gym's unique and the perfect place to go to chase your fitness dreams
