RecommendedEver since joining FardyFit Gym I have felt better physically and mentally. I have never been a fan of the gym. Gyms typically intimidate me and make me feel uncomfortable. The moment I walked into FardyFit, I felt safe and loved. Everyone here is encouraging and welcoming. Anyone wanting to make a change or looking for a gym I recommend FardyFit Gym. Best decision I have made! Josh is so motivational and supportive.
from the moment I walked in the gym, I instantly fell in love. Josh is absolutely amazing at what he does. he pushes me mentally, physically and emotionally everyday, constantly improving! It’s so nice going into a gym where people know you, and a workout is already provided for you. he shows you step-by-step instructions on how to do the workout, and motivates you while doing it! absolutely amazing, and I, 100%, recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!!
Josh is awesome! Coming to the gym and having your workout already made for the day and pushing you while you complete it is something you don’t get anywhere else! The community of people around you is amazing and they are all so welcoming and make you feel like family! I was hesitant but I worked out here once and knew I had to sign up. Josh is so accommodating and understands that life gets busy so when you do make it into the gym he gives you the best workout in a short amount of time!
since I started working with Josh my weight loss has been going down and my muscle definition is starting to come back to where it once was. I go to his gym 2 days a week and the rest of the time he has a workout schedule he sends me for the rest of the week. Thank you Josh for all your hard work and dedication to making me feel young again.

I’ve spent years at multiple different gyms and although I’ve reached many of my goals working out on my own. I wanted more for myself. So through seeing the physical and mental affect on a friend that was working out with Josh i decided to try his place out. I’ve only been going to Josh’s facility for about 2 months and have already see progress I’ve never gotten before from every other thing I’ve tried. I’ve always struggled with my appearance and wanted to be in better shape. I struggled with committing to him due to the other diets and programs I’ve wasted money on and seen no progress. I have been looking for a gym where i really felt was judgement free and I have found it here. It is such a positive environment and Josh really pushes you to be your best. I 100% recommend coming to this gym!!!
FardyFit Gym has only been in my life for 3 months, however, in such a little time I’ve seen physical changes. I’m stronger with greater stamina. Besides the physical gains, I’ve gained a community of support and inspiration and it feels great to be a unit of powerful measure in the FardyFit Family.
