Awesome gym and trainer! Josh accommodates to your fitness needs so you achieve the results you want. He keeps his clients motivated and provides a variety of workouts to make working out enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Best decision I’ve made. I feel like josh and Sarah truly care about my progress and results like they do their own. They’re there every step of the way and they provide so much motivation. My best workouts happen in this gym and I truly feel like I’m pushed to my limits. I can’t thank them both enough!!
Being in that gym is a completely positive atmosphere! Josh and Sarah know what they are doing when it comes to training and nutrition. They will be my go to trainers for life honestly! Definitely give this place a try.
