Mitral valve replacement. Dr. Kerendi is attentive, communicates clearly and is an excellent surgeon. His pre-surgery consultation explained everything that was going to happen and why. The surgery and recovery went extremely well. So grateful we found Dr. Kerendi.

Our 1st visit was easy, pleasant and professional from start to finish. Dr Kerendi expresses a caring demeanor and describes in understandable terms the situation and remedial options available. We now have a good idea of what to expect as he anticipated and patiently answered all of our questions in realistic and understandable terms. We now feel confident to proceed promptly to get the issue surgically addressed by him.
Dr. Kerendi gave his attention and listened to me. He did not appear to be in a hurry or rushed. He explained the procedure and the necessities of my healing (for my condition) to the fullest of my understanding. Dr. Kerendi's attentiveness and show of care is much appreciated. I thank you.
Dr Kerendi is an excellent heart Surgeon. I would recommend him for any heart surgery, especially the more complex ones. I had a, triple bypass surgery one and half months ago. My recovery is much faster than I thought. I walk about two miles in the morning in a short time. To my surprise, Dr Kerendi performed a partial sternotomy, or lower chest bone cut open heart surgery, on me. The upper chest bones that is attached to the collar bones and upper limbs were not cut.
