The receptionist/office manager's performance was highly disappointing. When I called to schedule an appointment without a referral (as my insurance allows), I encountered a condescending attitude from the very beginning. Throughout his "intake questions," his tone suggested that my self-identification of potential disorders lacked credibility. Dr. Khan is a very compassionate and caring psychiatrist. She listens wholeheartedly and gives great advice.
PLS STAY AWAY! I saw the following review from other websites Ratings for Dr. Farah Khan Staff 4 Punctuality 1 Helpfulness 1 Knowledge 3 In recommending she pushes expensive genetic testing. I have a high deductible plan. Thus when I visited any other doctors, they check how much is my deductible and let me know. Dr Farah office said they "checked" and so I need to pay 100% of the bill by Zelle so she can get the money immediately. I chose to trust her that she CHECKED with my insurance. I contacted my insurance, my insurance pays her 100% for the bill and I have zero copay at this point. In other words, the doctor gets 200% of the visit payment.
