I was referred to Dr. Villanueva by my child’s pediatrician due to ongoing neurological symptoms that are affecting his quality of life. Dr. Villanueva’s front office is horrible! My daughter has been having seizures and she been seeing Dr. Villanueva but because our insurance plan changed they will not see her even though I’ve offered to pay cash. She has an appointment on the books too and it should be a continuation of care but they are saying they can’t do it. Now we have to wait 7 months to see a new neurologist!!!
