Went for a cut today got Hope informed her I wanted to keep some length around my face showed her below jaw line. She did not show me the length it would be just started cutting. My hair is now above my jaw line just way to short. When I told her it was too short she said "that is what you asked for." And did not say another word to me. I had an appointment today and when I got there they put someone else in my place. Then when I got hair cut Saturday I had paint in my hair from a job I did girl who cut my hair noticed it washed my hair cut it and left paint in my hair very poor work place lost a good customer.

I just had my hair foiled and there are so many blotches in it and some parts are very heavy and almost orange. I think that the stylists have to get more practice on how to foil hair. The foiling on my hair is very uneven and blotchy. I might have to dye my hair all one color to make it look presentable. Very Very unhappy!

I receive marvelous haircuts from heather. I have been to many salons and some very expensive ones. I'm an older woman (in my 50s) and have very thick wavy hair. She's given me the best cuts I've had in many years. She matches the cut with the face, which many don't do. Really an artist. Also, pleasant and very professional.

I went to the Fantastic Sams in Picayune, MS last week and the staff there is very friendly and fast. The one thing I dont like is having to sit in a salon all day. My stylist got me in and out in a timely matter. Everyone was very polite and professional and i got a great shampoo and cut. Thanks again and I will be back with my family!

Like the girl that does my hair but pretty bad when you get an appt. for your 2 kids and request her you are made to wait an extra 2 hours while she is forced to do other peoples hair that came in after us . Very disappointed in managment of this place for the way they run things guess will find somewhere else to go

I would highly recommend this salon. Amy is my friendly stylist and she always goes above and beyond to listen to me, and then give me a perfect haircut. It is always easy to get an appointment, or you can simply walk in.
