So, some ladies do a fantastic job. However, some do not. This one lady cut much more off than what I wanted. My bangs were left about mid-way down my forehead, which is not what I wanted. My hair was also past my shoulders; now it's several inches shorter when I had asked not to have too much of the length cut off. The lady didn't even know how to fix my hair cut, because (to top things off) my bangs were cut super uneven. One lady had to intervene to "fix" my hair. This place should be called Awful or Unpleasant Sams. Took my daughter their and after 30 minutes of rude treatment from the staff we walked out and so did about 3 other people whilst were waiting.

When you walk in to get haircuts and the stylist tells you, "We won't be able to get all 3 done because we have to be out of here by 6:00." There are 2 people waiting and each stylist is working on someone. So you're telling me you are going to finish everyone in here and my two kids AND clean the shop up for the next day in 15 minutes? A bit of advice would be DO NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS because you are ready to go home. Our experience with Fantastic Sam's was less than fantastic.
