I had one of the best haircuts with Samantha. She took the time to tell me what products to use and how to style it. I love it!
Took my son in for a trim. I said he needs a half inch trim all around. He comes back out with buzzed hair, after I told her no buzzer..hair grows. It's not what I told her to do. I'm paying for your service so that's what I told u to do. Not do what u want

When I'm told 15 minutes for an eye brow wax and 30 minutes later I'm still waiting...I inquire again how long to be told oh another 10 minutes. Someone doesn't know how to approximate wait times. I'll find somewhere else to go from now on!
