By far one of the worst exspirences I've ever had!! Walked in platinum blonde which was the main objective and walked out embarressed and humiliated with dark purple hair. My stylist could only say after my reaction, "give it two days, it will be platinum" R u serious!!? Thats not how it works. To pay well over 100 dollars to walk out bawling my eyes out Looking and feeling disgusted I would highly not recommend going here. Clearly the lady (Kelly) that did my hair needs more training

Poor Customer service! Didn’t have anything done as I sat and waited over 35 minutes only to feel like I was not welcome to have my hair done because they close in 50 minutes. I called and was told that if I arrived by 540 pm I would be able to get my hair done. I recall reading another post about misjudgment of time. Know your services and how long they take.
Way to go Sam Cross...did a great job on my hilites even past the closing time!!!
I have been going to the Onalaska Salon for a few years I won’t go anywhere else. I had bad experiences at other salons. I’ve been having Sam Cross do my hair and she is awesome! Just had it done yesterday she took her time I have long hair so it takes several hours to do everything. Even though they were short staffed and busy she didn’t rush and even styled my hair which I was hesitant to ask after she just spent 3 1/2 hours on it but she didn’t mind or seem bothered at all. I thought you had to have a license to cut hair. If you cannot cut straight you should not have a license!( Picture in comments )

I have been going to Fantastic Sams for a good 3-4years now. I am not a typical person who has 1 go to stylist to get my hair done. Over the years I have had multiple people do my hair and I always leave happy! They are all awesome and do amazing jobs! Also they keep notes on your last color/highlights so you don’t need to explain what you want or remember colors yourself. I always leave with product as well.
