I 100% reccomend Fantastic Sam's in the LaCrosse and Onalaska area. The establishment has gone above and beyond to make clients and employees feel safe. I had been to Fantastic Sams a few times before for a haircut and had great results and left happy. Yesterday however, I came home crying because my haircut was so bad. My stylist (Cherie) did not listen to what I wanted for my cut and seemed more concerned about having a conversation than cutting and coloring my hair the way I wanted. I only wanted a 1.5 inch trim and a little off the ends of my bangs (which were grown out almost to my shoulders) and to reframe the ends of my bangs. Onalaska WI FS Post the correct time for starting to take phone calls after this Covid . It said 830am. I called at 830. They were already booked because they had started taking calls at 800am!!!! I could have called then if they had posted correctly. I am so mad. Glad they are so busy cuz they lost 2 hair cuts now.
My husband and son love that they can stop in anytime for a no nonsense appointment! Because lets be honest, they aren't going to set an appointment ahead of time :) I love being able to easily purchase great products!
I got my haircut yesterday and I was soooooo happy!!!! I will definitely be back to see Taylor! It was so easy to carry on a conversation with her. She was SO nice! And the end result was so good as well. She showed me some hair products that I I ended up buying and knew exactly what she was talking about. I would definitely give her a 5 star rating! I will be back to see her again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I took my dad here last week, normally he goes to Great Clips but we had to stop at Sam's Club so Fantastic Sams was closer. The website said $15 haircut shampoo included with cut. When we got there price was 17.99 and the stylist did not even offer to wash his hair.
Alexis was great, she did an amazing job on my highlights.
Don’t ever get your hair cut here. They screwed my hair up so bad . Makes me wanna cry. I will never go there again. Will continue to go to orange pearl
