Cut was to short and she didn’t even check to see if it was even. Won’t be back. Guess that’s why the prices are so low.

Absolutely terrible. Went in to get my hair trimmed as I am growing out my pixie cut. The women cut off all of my new growth (about 2 inches of hair) instead of trimming my hair only in the back like I had asked for. Additionally my hair was completely uneven and she didn’t even notice. When I was disappointed with my hair (literally almost in tears) and told her I was unhappy she was immediately defensive and angry especially when I said I don’t want it re cut as she already… See more
They are very accommodating with my autistic son. They give great service every time we get our haircuts.
I usually get a nice style at a good price. Some stylists are better than others. I can never remember their names to ask for them. Can we please have their photos on the page?

Went in to get my hair done twice. The second time was to get it redone a week after the first time because it faded. Now, a month later the color I want is gone (again) despite me spending an additional $50 on hair care products because I was told since I didn't have them the color wouldn't stick. There's almost $300 wasted and I'll still have to pay someone else full price to get it done correctly. I will never be returning to fantastic sams.
