Opened 10 minutes late with two stylists and several people lined up. Two and a half hour wait for a haircut ? Heck no! Until you staff more people on a Saturday morning I won’t be back.

I've been going to this location since I moved to west St. Paul a couple years ago. The people were always friendly and I never had a bad experience until today. My stylist wasn't going to check the sides of my hair to make sure they were even until I mentioned it and then she was using my cheeks to cut my hair. And then to make things worse she nipped my cheek with the scissors. I left the shop with my cheek bleeding. I'm disappointed because I've always enjoyed going to this shop. Fantastic Sam's in Mendota Heights is our "regular place"...as our kids call it! We love it there! Super family friendly! They are amazing in the brow & hair department:-)
