Good value, no wait I love this place. All the stylists are decent, the price is right, and you rarely have to wait. They will converse with you if you like, but if not, they leave you alone while they style your hair. Parking can be a problem at times, but that's mainly on the weekends. It's great having your hair washed by someone else! PROS: good value, quick service CONS: parking is tight at times.

Rashida at the Fantastic Sam's in Culver City is the absolute best. She has done my hair for years. Not only is she great at cuts, but she really specializes in color. Seriously, this girl should be working at one of those fancy-schmancy salons in Beverly Hills, but I'm glad she doesn't because then I couldn't afford her. The prices are really reasonable and she is really friendly. Just a word to the wise though - she is really popular and it's hard to get in to see her, especially if she doesn't already know you.
