Self esteem boost I have been here twice to get color. I followed my hairdresser here because of her aweome knowledge of color and she can deal with my being picky. This last time here I spent approximately four hours getting my hair colored and, for the first time, a brazilian blowout. DESERAE IS AMAZING!!! Deserae did my hair & I have never had such a wonderful cut & color in all my life. I have a lot of issues with my hair because i lost a lot of it and it doesn't grow properly since yet Deserae has made me look like i have perfect hair!!! Her color is SUBURB!!!! She has been doing my hair the last few years I will never let anyone other than her touch my hair EVER AGAIN!!
Poor Haircut Not a good experience, 1st time there I was suppose to get a shampoo, style - she even said what she wanted to do with my hair-layer it etc. It sounded great but then she decided NOT to shampoo it she said its easier to cut shoulder length hair dry. The next day I realized #1 its uneven #2 it didnt even look like I got a cut. I have a feeling she was in a rush. I called corporate 4 times, got vm no one called back it has been a month.
Fantastic Sams is an friendly salon but has incompatent hairdressers I got the worse haircut in my life! I showed the hairdresser a picture and told her what I liked and disliked about the picture and she told me she knew exactly what I was talking about.
