RecommendedI have usually gone to the Albertville location until they closed. I made the trip to their Monticello location; although it was only about 15 minutes from where I live. I saw Jackie (Jacqueline) and she was wonderful! She is newer so the process takes about an hour longer than you typically expect, but if you have the patience, I promise you won’t be disappointed! I’ll be back and I’ll request her again!!
Absolutely beautiful remodel! very fun staff! and I also love this shampoo bowls with the footrest that comes up so much easier on my bad back

Things were going well until we all had to hear Kim complaining about mask mandates and trash talking people on unemployment to an elderly woman as she washed her hair. My son came in for a cut and despite the fact that we showed the stylist 6-8 photos of what he was looking for, he came home with a cut far shorter and totally unlike what he asked for. Just got a cut from Taylor -exactly what I wanted! She was super sweet and seemed interested in what we talked about! My hair looks and feels amazing! Everyone working tonight was super friendly and they all seemed very knowledgeable in their work!
I like fantastic Sams, but this experience isn’t as great as the rest. I had Dorraine as my hairdresser and she was very antisocial and awkward and I was just happy for my wash and cut to be fast. She was aggressive overall. I knew exactly what I wanted and had a picture as an example. She pulled my hair countless times while washing and cutting and I don’t have a sensitive head whatsoever. We have a Fantastic Sam's near our house but always drive to Monticello instead because their staff is amazing there! They do such a great job with our kids. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Amazing stylists. Affordable prices. 10/10!!!
