I went in asking for layered hair for defined volume. I double checked twice to make sure they were capable of doing this. My hair was even and I don’t typically like it like that. They end up botching my hair not once but twice. I went in with long hair. They were suppose to not touch my length. I got so many compliments on how beautiful my hair was and how great it was I was not cutting it shorter. They botched my hair so bad I came out it with a bob haircut. RecommendedOf all places I been to, I been told that my hair is too dark and hard to work with so I get turn down. Thank goodness! Mai was able to ace through it all. She was able to work with me to get the color I wanted🥰 First and only who can do my hair right!

the bad attitude i received today from the rude hateful, ungrateful woman that done my hair!! all I wanted was a simple color and trim and ended up over 5 hours with not what I wanted for the color! to be told to leave because I didn't like how my hair turned out!!!
stylist inside store hours posted closes at 8pm. wouldn't acknowledge I was at the door at 6pm and stared directly at me. I tapped on the door stated store is closed. I suggest changing the hours on website and on your door.
