My stylist, Makenna Midlock, had told me that she would no longer be doing my hair because I didn’t tip her well enough. When I went to a new stylist she had reached out to me. Went in yesterday to get my daughter hair cut! We showed the stylist the picture of what she wanted! The cut wasn’t anything like the picture and when I explained that I was unhappy and that we would go somewhere else! She kept saying she didn’t understand what we wanted! Not to mention as she was cutting her hair she was trying talk her out style she wanted! We have been there several times and have never had a issue!

I used to visit this salon very frequently and always went to my go-to gals Tara and Vanessa. My husband, mom, dad and brother quickly followed and would make a point to be scheduled only with them as we were thrilled with their work, honestly, friendliness, professionalism and sincere care. I called a few weeks back to schedule an appointment with one of them the same day, the gal who answered immediately got defensive with me and advised "they no longer work here and are no longer doing hair."
