I had an appointment yesterday. I promptly showed up to my appointment and after waiting for 45 minutes with no offer from another stylist to see someone else and no apology for the wait, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
My mother brought in my 10-year-old niece that is a mixed biracial child. She came in to get her hair washed cut and styled. RecommendedI like fantastic Sams, but this experience isn’t as great as the rest. I had Dorraine as my hairdresser and she was very antisocial and awkward and I was just happy for my wash and cut to be fast. She was aggressive overall. I knew exactly what I wanted and had a picture as an example. She pulled my hair countless times while washing and cutting and I don’t have a sensitive head whatsoever.
