Very dissapointed w/the review I just read - been a faithful customer for years along with several friends, co-workers, even my boss - have never received anything but excellent service & results from this establishment...EXCEPT for one worker there in particular - I wont even stop there anymore if I see this person through the window. I wouldnt be surprised if "Kat S" was serviced by this person. Dont judge a book by its cover and DONT judge a whole salon by the work of one singled out hairdresser. I walked in with beautiful, sily hair and walked out with a burnt over processed disaster. I wanted a Wash, Cut, full highlight roots retouched, style and blow out. After getting me in the chair they said that they would only have time for the highlights and I would have to come back tomorrow for the cut - needless to say after the damage done to my hair I chose not to return for the cut.
