The ladies at Fantastic Nails are professional, knowledgeable and very kind and accommodating. Fantastic Nails is the only nail salon we go to. For us, the ladies make us look perfect!
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with a specific nail technician the day before, but when I arrived, she wasn’t there. The least they could have done was let me know in advance or ask if I was comfortable with someone else doing my nails. Instead, they wasted my time. Respecting your customers means communicating with them, especially when there are changes to their appointment. This experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this salon based on the lack of professionalism.
