worst - have been waiting for more than 20 minutes on phone to speak to a human to inquire an order placed on 14/07 and 2 months now - not delivered yet, and no one picked up my phone. that's fantastic

Wouldn’t purchase from here… just about to buy a bed but weren’t allowed to try it out due to safety concerns… other bedding places allow it and if you really didn’t want a parent to let their kid up top then why just Velcro the signage on? Seems removable for a reason and also we were allowed at another store so it’s just very confusing. My child and I just wanted to get out of there after the lady told us off.
