Order was placed on 14/07, and partially delivered, but now today is 04/11 - still awaiting for next sofa. such a wonderful customer service without any update emails or sms. have called many times hoppers crossing fantastics furniture, and no proper answer as no response from their factory or distribution centre to the branch.
Just got off the phone with a wonderful team member (female), I had to order stock interstate to pick up at the Hoppers store and she helped me immensely. She made sure to make sure the items were in stock and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much!
