Don’t bother buying couches from here. My couch that is 14 months old has rips from stitching becoming loose and I’ll need to purchase a new one. No help or support from the team. And they get out of warranty’s! Please take your money anywhere else. I will never buy anything from fantastic furniture again. Unfastastic and broken furniture should be its name.

Fantastic experience with Fantastic Furniture. The process was incredibly fast and convenient — I placed my order online and received confirmation for collection in less than an hour. The pickup process was smooth, with easy back access to the warehouse. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted me in loading the items onto my van, which made everything effortless. Efficient service and great customer support — highly recommend.
This afternoon I popped into the Hoppers Crossing store and was greeted by Janelle, who went above and beyond to help me. I went home to measure the space and called back to place my order not realising they were closing in 15 minutes. But again Janelle went above and beyond, organised my order to be ready for collection on arrival, and waited for me. I have NEVER received such amazing service. She went out of her way to help me and was extremely friendly too. What an absolute asset to your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is one of the worst services I’ve ever dealt with. They took the money immediately, but the product never arrived. There was no proper communication and no responsibility from their side. When I asked for a refund, they said I have to wait two weeks, even though they are the ones who failed to deliver. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Be careful before paying — they are fast to take your money but very slow to fix their mistakes. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone. This is not ………..
