Okay, I gave them two times to poach my eggs soft and I ended up (both times) with a watery mess and the eggs were hard boiled. The whole breakfast today (waffles, sausage and poached eggs) was cold and inedible. Waffle cut the inside of my husband's mouth!! You have lost our business.
I hate my hair now. EMBARRASSING!
