I think this is the best Chinese food in the city hands down! I've been eating their Cuisine for 20 years

I loved the food.... Mr. Feng served us personally... He only ordered the food for us... One of the best Chinese you can think of..
Was there last week and did a write up. I wasn't happy then and I'm not happy from last night either. Unfortunately the same waitress had the same bad attitude and it was not fun. I gave them a second chance but I don't think I'm going back. Even with the owner present, things went wrong. Too bad as I was hoping they would redeem themselves.

I grew up in SF. Eating Chinese food was the norm. And although everywhere you go, the food if different, at Fang you truly get a unique experience. Mr. Fang himself was nice and welcoming and we were lucky enough to meet the head chef and co owner, Kathy Fang, his daughter. The food was exquisite and delicious. The food is amazing! Best calamari and soup dumplings, hands down!!
Food was incredible however the wait staff was so RUDE. We had a 8:30 reservation and they cleaned up around up and shut down the place for 9:30 we were still enjoying our wine and food and they rushed us out turned off the lights... would only get take out from here the dining experience was terrible.
