Just amazing. Fang just kept bringing out plate after plate. Everything was so tasty you couldn’t stop eating

Expensive given the quality of food. We let them order for us (there was little choice provided), 3 people and it cost $135 (USD) before tipping. We had dumplings with eggplant, beef spare rib with chilies, pork ribs with noodles, fried rice with egg and some pork steamed buns. A lot of mustard sauce on things which was quite sweet.

Great Cantonese offerings. Cantonese dishes are the most pure dishes of all Chinese foods. Most other Chinese foods flavors are hot spicy to the point where all you taste is hot and spicy. Cantonese dishes fish taste of fish, chicken taste like chicken. Cantonese dishes are never over cooked. Always cooked enough to have the flavor of the protein. Always the freshest. Fang does it well.
