Put yourself in owner/chef Peter Fang's capable hands, hand over the menus and let him order for you. You'll have a multi-course, family-style extravaganza unlike anything you've ever experienced. (But, do ask him to include his amazing Apple Prawns as the final course.) This is the best Chinese food in San Francisco -- or anywhere. Exceptional.
Delicious! Went with a group of friends from different parts of the U.S. and they just kept on bring one delicious meal after another!

Unquestionably one of the best meals of my life. Don't waste your time reading the menu, ask the staff to choose your meal. Our party of 7 was able to enjoy several amazing dishes without the stress of selecting what to eat. I live in Boston, but wouldn't hesitate to jump a plane to San Francisco for a meal at Fang alone!
