RecommendedHonestly I love this place I really do but I have had 50/50 experiences here. Betty is amazing I will always recommend her. Today I broke a nail and went in to get it fixed. I just got them done a few days ago by Betty, she was off today.. I was charged 10 dollars to fix my nail! Which is outrageous to me.. I'm not the one to get my nails done regularly but when I do get them done I always come to Fancy Nails. I was told about this place by a friend and have been coming for about 3.5 years. I've never had a poor experience and feel that my nails always look great. Overtime I have become the type to request specific technicians... If I could give this place NO STARS I would definitely do that. This place has to worst customer service, specially when their nail techs suck and you tell them about their work. Went in for a pedicure and manicure regular nail polish it came out looking like my 6 year old niece painted them for me. When it came time to leave still charged me for getting the polish removed because I was not going to walk out of there with my nails looking the way they did. The true definition of relaxation. A perfect place to go to when u want to feel the real self care experience. The melodies are calm, spacious , luxurious and so clean 🏾
The salon is clean and fancy it would be nice if the nails where done as the price come you guys are in Chelsea the whole staff should be trained to be the same I had this lady Anna she chopped my nails off and cut my skin it was soo Painful and I paid and I still have to go have them fixed after being in there for 2 in a half hours....my gel manicure looks like my 7 year old sister did it...
They does a great job on the feet & hands!!!!!!
I want to love this place because it’s right by my house but I just can’t with the horrible job I’ve got the past few times. This is a gel mani I got less than a week ago !
