I had an awful experience at this salon. The nail technician was extremely rough while removing my gel manicure, drilling off far more than necessary. I could feel intense heat from the drill on my nails, making the process unexpectedly painful. To make matters worse, she then proceeded to trim my nails unevenly and with little care. At that point, I decided to get up and leave. my girlfriend went in to get her nails done and had to stop the appointment mid way because the technician was destroying her nails by grinding off too much of the nail bed. it's pretty unsanitary in there, and she was charged $7 for something that is going to take weeks to heal. we would like a refund
