The employees are really nice, the service is great and I always leave with a smile on my face :)
Booked a 10:00 AM appointment for TWO people and it clearly meant nothing. We showed up on time and there were already two clients ahead. one being serviced and another waiting. So what exactly was the point of booking? This wasn’t a small delay, it was poor scheduling and zero respect for clients’ time. If you can’t manage appointments properly, don’t offer them. Really disappointing experience and not somewhere I’d trust to book again.
Never ever go to this place it was my second time thinking that lets give them another chance but i was wrong very unprofessional i went there for removal and the staff she started without even wearing gloves basic sense should be there after that they started doing my nails removal and it took more than 30 min which is completely unacceptable it should not take more than 15 min at the end i have to tell them stop, the worker was drilling my nail back and forth and putting the foil paper again and agin i have never ever seen... read more
