I had the pleasure of Nellie doing my pedicure. She is kind, well mannered and did a great job!! Everyone that works here is nice. Always come here for my nails
I just walked out of there after sitting for nearly 40 minutes waiting for someone to take me. I walked in a little before 9:30 And there were two women in there getting pedicures and that’s it. Two girls walked in after me and waited as well, but then got taken before me -(only one had an appointment so that one made sense) but the other girl did not have an appointment and walked in after me and got taken before me. HORRIBLE service! Dropped acrylic nails on floor and picked them up and tried to use them on my finger. Dropped polish on the counter and then dipped brush in spilled polish to use on my nail. Clipped my nails so hard they flew off and hit lady next to me. When I said anything she dropped my hand to hit the table. Such a rough and rude experience.
