Very disappointed regular gel manicure customer. Vivian has been great until my last visit when she allowed someone with no experience to work on me. I asked for a toe polish change while she was doing my nails and she said no problem, someone could do it after my nails were done. Out of nowhere, this tall gentleman appears. Starts removing my toe polish with NO GLOVES. I complained, he gloved up and then he proceeds to draw blood on me while trimming my nails.
